Label Camps – Apply Now!

IMPALA is launching Artist Camps and Label Camps as part of our EU co-funded network programme (2025-28). These initiatives foster cross-border collaboration, promote European music diversity, and strengthen the independent music sector.
BIMA members are invited to apply before April 7th!

Who Can Apply?
- Independent labels that are part of IMPALA’s network and committed to cross-border cooperation and peer learning.
- National associations can support this project by using existing showcase or conference events as a location for the camp, amplifying its impact.
- National associations will release an internal call to gather interested labels and facilitate organisation.
How Does It Work?
- Open to independent labels within IMPALA’s network, focusing on peer learning and international cooperation.
- 2 label camps per year (only 8 in total from 2025-2028), with 2 labels from different countries per camp collaborating for a week.
- €2,500 per participating label.
- Preference for Labels representing diverse genres and underrepresented communities (female, LGBTQ+, artists with disabilities)
